Learning outcomes

By the end of the course, students should have acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the operational processes of healthcare organizations, with the aim of promoting the delivery of safe, effective, efficient, relevant, and culturally sensitive care that is appropriately documented and provided by competent staff.
