Learning outcomes

By the end of the module, students will:

  • have a thorough understanding of the main diseases affecting the visual system in both childhood and adulthood;

  • be able to recognize ocular manifestations of systemic diseases and conditions affecting the craniofacial region;

  • understand ocular semiology and its relevance in the diagnosis and management of ophthalmological, otorhinolaryngological, odontostomatological, neurological, and internal medicine conditions.
