Teaching methods

In addition to a structural approach to russian linguistics, a commuticative method will be applied as much as possible. Students will practice on specific exercises, brief readings and translations. The "lettorato" component will aim at giving students a deeper lexical knowledge and at making them put into practice their knowledge of the language. Students will be asked to autonomously read a short contemporary literary work.

Assessment methods

At the end of the Lezioni Frontali module a grammar test will take place. When the Lettorato class has ended, a dictation will be done. During the oral component of the exam, students are requested to comment from a syntactic and grammatical point of view on a brief text in russian . In addition, a conversation concerning the topics seen during the Lettorato classes will be held.

Teaching tools

Along with the texts which can be found in the bibliography, printed and multimedia materials will be provided in order to practice one's reading, listening, writing and conversational skills.
