Course contents
Making reference to the main concepts and topics of sociology of labour (the division of labour, the job contents, the analysis of the labour market, etc.) and of sociology of organization (the structure, the environment, the technology, the culture, etc.), the focus will be on the following topics:
- the changes in the labour market;
- the labour policies;
- the changes in organisation of work in the manufacturing and in the services sector.
