Power point documents of the course

Teaching methods

Based on front classes, exercises at black-board and in the lab, visits to feed compound manufactures and aquaculture plants, short applications on an electronic program for feed formulation, workshop on an aquaculture topic to be defined during the course.

Assessment methods

The Assessment will be implemented through oral examination at the end of the course and aims to ensure the acquisition of the knowledge contained in the program of the course. The proof is based in principle on four questions, two about the standard feed technology, respectively on aspects of plant-technology and nutritional aspects or regulatory requirements, and two relatively aquaculture. The final vote, out of thirty, takes into account in equal proportion to the credit assessment of the student for each of the parties. Of the Examining Board will be part of the teacher who also held the form of Aquaculture, Professor Adele Meluzzi.

Students wishing to take the exam in English must request it to the teacher at least two days before the exam.

Teaching tools

Power point slides, software for feed formulation, animal science lab.
