Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student knows the main theoretical perspectives and the main results of researches on the theme "gender and media" at both national and international level.

He/she knows the multiple feminist perspectives.

He/she knows how to realize a communication campaign in a gender perspective.

 

 

Course contents

The course illustrates the main theoretical perspectives and the main results of researches on the theme "gender and media" at both national and international level. Special attention will be paid to the media representations of the female and male body.
