Learning outcomes

At the end of the workshop the student - is able to use different intervention methods and to place the specific knowledge on the basis of different organizational functions; - is able to have a confrontation with others about the cognitive and meta-cognitive dimensions of the educational process as well as on the social and ethical responsibilities in practising the profession; - is able to analyze case studies in different contexts, doing reflections about the applied method.

Course contents

Managing project in social work: a style of co-working

Graduates will possess adequate command over the educational research methods of theoretical, historical, empirical and experimental nature in formal and informal training environments;
- will possess in-depth knowledge of the various aspects of the educational planning (needs' analyses, general and specific objectives definition, evaluation of human, instrumental and organisational resources, planning, intervention, assessment and evaluation methodologies)” (course website, Presentation).

Teaching methods

In the workshop we will use active methodologies such as group exercises, role playing, simulations and analysis of the case, active lessons based on the characteristics of the group classroom. It will be proposed to the participants to produce documents, during the meeting. At the end of the course you will be asked a short paper summary of the experience. It's therefore essential attendance, continuous and active, as is expected from the workshop.
