Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is expected to acquire contents and instruments that are essential for the analysis of fashion company management. Fundamental theoretical references and the study of the most typical examples will be provided throughout the course.
Course contents
The lessons will deal with all management issues and business processes that are most significant for fashion and luxury companies.
In particular they will focus on brand and product strategies, different country models, industry and consumer segmentations, business models, product development processes, distribution processes, brand extension and licensing management.
