Course contents
1) Legal sources of private law; 2) Legal persons; 3) Ownership and possession; 4) obligations; 5) the law of contract; 6) good faith and interpretation of contract; 7) the law of torts (also in the sport sector); 8) business law essentials; 9) single contracts: sale contract, supply contract, distributorship contract, franchising, sponsorship agreement, lease contract, construction contract, agency and loan agreements; 10) brief overview of working/employment relationships in the sport sector.
