Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students should be able to lookup databank and to use e-government online services committed to empreneurs and labour advisers.
Course contents
Authentication systems: electronic identity card (CIE);
national city card services online (CNS); joint health and
national services card (TS-CNS); unique electronic document
(DDU); one time password; biometrics as an authentication tool;
e-passport; public digital identity system (SPID).
Email and certified email.
Italian e-government systems: entry in the Register of firms;
online compulsory communications; Italian Revenue Agency website; electronic billing to government agencies;
INPS, INAIL, and SUAP online services; lay magistrates internet
service (SIGP); passport-on-line service.
E-documentation: databank organisation and documents; law
databanks.
Labour law databanks.
