Learning outcomes
Taking this class the student will come to know some modern and
some contemporary philosophical views of language.
Course contents
Plato's discussion on language in the Cratylus and our
contemporary points of views.
(DAMS students, the integrated class in Philosophy of langauge is made up from this class and that of Analysis of Visual Communication. For the program for the last one go to the class with that name.)
