Learning outcomes

The course aims at giving the students the knowledge of Business Law, Company Law, Negotiable Istruments Law and Insolvency Law.

- Bankruptcy and other proceedings for the crisis of the companies.

The last two textbooks do not deal with Bankruptcy Law. Students should therefore take advantage of the other coursbooks mentioned above in order to prepare themselves for the part of the exam concerning Bankruptcy Law.

Teaching methods

The whole coure will take two terms. The first term will concentrate on the entrepreneur and the Law of partnerships. The second term will be devoted to Company Law (with special focus on società per azioni), Negotiable Instruments, Insolvency Law

The examination will consist in an oral exam.
