Course contents

1) Concept of obligation. Sources of Obligations. 2) The tort: concept and elements. 3) The illegal sports. The classification of the sport. The extenuating circumstance sport. The limit of permitted risk. Sport in any violence. Dangerous sports. The responsibility for sport: the athletes, coaches, trainers, teachers, referees and officials, companies, sports clubs, sports doctor, the owner and operator of sports, the organizer of sporting events . 4) The employment relationship professional sports. 5) merchandising, sponsorship and image rights. 6) doping.

Teaching methods

The program is explained in detail with the use of slides. Is encouraged student participation in discussions on examples and case studies.

Assessment methods

The verification of knowledge takes place by means of oral examination, conducted by a special commission composed of professors and lawyers from experts on the subject.

Teaching tools

During the lesson is designed to use slides, which may be purchased online. The slides facilitate the understanding of the text and the organization of work, but not the exposure of the topics in the exam.
