Learning outcomes
This course provides the basic knowledge,
framework and tool to analyse, design, implement and perform a
management control system.
Specifically at the end of this course the
student will be able to:
- comprehend the role of management control
in business organization
- acquire the tools and techniques for
performing the management control function
- analyse and design a management control
