Learning outcomes
The student learns the main legal issues about territorial and environmental management and the legal framework concerning the localization and management of plants and production activities, with particular reference to pollution and urban issues.

1. General notions. 2. Set of rules. 3. Soil security, administration of water resources. 4. Garbage management. 5. Air pollution. 6. Contaminated sites' reclamation and revival. 7. Environmental evaluation planning. 8. Environmental impact's appreciation. 9. Environmental integrated authorization. 10. Environmental unique authorization. 11. Right of access to environmental informations. 12. Compensation for environmental damage.

Teaching methods
The lessons are going to be organized by a frontal approach with students. In particular, the program will be focused on a confrontational dialogue with the student. Thus, the latter will be able to suggest subjects to study and discuss.
Assessment methods
The final exam will be oral. The final examination will be structured as follows:
three different questions about the program in order to verify the students' level of knowledge on the subject.
