Learning outcomes

The course aims to analyze the main elements and legal tools concerning the international and European legal framework on labour law.

Course contents

The Course is divided in 2 Modules. Module 1 is dedicated to the international organizations and agreements (such as ILO, WTO, ECHR) influencing the labour law. Module 2 deals with the EU rules applicable to the free movement of EU and non-EU workers.
