Aim of the course is giving a complete knolewdge about firm, profit and no profit, and its organization, financing, insolvency.

Teaching methods

The lecturer will  provide a critical analysis of the main rules concerning Business Law, with the help of teaching tools published on http://campus.unibo.it/.

Assessment methods

The students could sit for the exam only after passed Privat Law and Public Law. The oral exam of Business Law aims to verify the achievment of learning outcomes and will by passed by discussing three to four subjects from the syllabus.
