Learning outcomes
The Course is meant to offer a survey of the main theoretical models and analitycal methodologies of interpersonal communication. It focuses on miscommunication, on the links between narrative and interaction, and on implicit and non-verbal communication.
Course contents
I Module
The first module will address the main theoretical models and methods used in analysing interpersonal communication. The evolution from thelinear model of communication to the concept of interaction and activity systems will be treated.
II Module: Prof.ssa Roberta Lorenzetti
The second module will focus the dynamics of relation and emotion in interaction. In particular the following topics will be treated:
- relations' motivation and function
- Transactional Analysis and Voice Dialogue
- listening, empathy and consciousness
- assertivity and emotions

A written examination (open questions - answers of limited extension )is required.
The examinationis passed only if:
