Internal users
To request books not owned by the Library, request articles or parts of books, fill in the appropriate form (InterLibrary Loan or Document Delivery), including as much information as possible, use NILDE service or send email at bibliotecacesena.interbib@unibo.it.
As regulated by current copyright legislation or by signed license agreements, the user will receive the printed copy and not the pdf file of the requested document.
The service is free (unless refund requests by the lending library) and reserved for the institutional users of the Library.
Other libraries
The service is free for libraries that are part of the Bologna Section of the National Library Service (SBN) and for those that guarantee the reciprocal nature of the service, or with whom specific agreements have been established (in other cases we will evaluate a refund with Ifla voucher). Requests can be forwarded mainly using the appropriate online request form (InterLibrary Loan or Document Delivery); through the NILDE service or using Sebina Open Library software; residually by email or fax.
Documents for consultation only and books with location LT, TESI, REPERTORI are excluded from the interlibrary loan (the specification is visible by clicking on the location of the document in OPAC).
