Historical-biographical profile: Pierluigi Nicolin, born in Bareggio (Milan) in 1941, graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano under Franco Albini in 1967, and has been working professionally since 1968. A founding partner of Gregotti Associati in 1973, he is a Full Professor of Architectural Composition at the INDACO Department of the Politecnico di Milano, as well as being editor and director of the magazine “Lotus international” since 1977.
