Learning outcomes
Upon conclusion of the course students will be able to:
- recognize the main diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system through appropriate history collection and clinical evaluation
- differentiate between normal and abnormal signs of the nervous system in order to identify the anatomical location of the lesion and make a diagnosis
- select the appropriate diagnostic procedures to verify the initial diagnostic hypothesis and determine their reliability and invasiveness
- understand the main pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments for neurological diseases.
