Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to provide specific knowledge on the Health, Environmental and Safety issues in offshore operations, focusing in particular on those involving hazardous substances, as the offshore production of energy vectors as hydrogen and methanol, and oil and gas production.

Assessment methods

Achievements will be assessed by the means of a final written exam.

The written test will consist of the solution of numerical exercises.

A failing grade will be awarded if the student shows knowledge gaps in key-concepts of the subject, inappropriate use of language, and/or logic failures in the analysis of the subject
