Learning outcomes
At the end of the training activities the student possesses knowledge that integrates and completes the contents of the courses on healthcare/educational/organizational aspects of specific and/or particular interest.
Course contents
The purpose is to learn more about contents of particular interest and relevance for clinical practice and related to the theoretical contents foreseen for the course year.
The topics covered are:
-Pathological addictions
-New poverty and prison
-Additional precautions on respiratory infections
-Organization of the territorial emergency system
-Assistance to the LGBTQIA+ Community
-Women victims of violence. Role of the nurse and reception network
-Forensic Nursing
-Transitional Care

The activities are carried out using the following methods:
- Frontal lesson
- Watching videos
- Discussion led by an expert on exemplary cases or situations
Assessment methods
The contents of the seminars will be assessed in terms of suitability as required by the Degree Course Regulations and are part of the student's preparation.
Regarding the contents of the seminars, the student will have to answer specific multiple choice questions included in the Professional Laboratory 3.
