Learning outcomes
Al termine del corso lo/la studente/ssa
1) possiede le conoscenze fondamentali sulle principali classi di farmaci e ne comprende i meccanismi d’azione in relazione alle condizioni cliniche più comuni.
2) è in grado di applicare le conoscenze acquisite per riconoscere indicazioni, controindicazioni ed effetti avversi rilevanti nella pratica infermieristica.
3) sviluppa capacità di giudizio nel valutare la sicurezza d’uso dei farmaci, integrando fonti scientifiche e linee guida.
4) comunica in modo chiaro e appropriato informazioni farmacologiche essenziali all’interno del team sanitario.
5) acquisisce competenze per un apprendimento autonomo continuo, essenziale per aggiornarsi rispetto all’evoluzione della terapia farmacologica.
6) riconosce i principali rischi legati agli errori di terapia e collabora attivamente alla loro prevenzione.

Teaching methods
During the lectures the main pharmacological classes of drugs will be presented with details on clinical uses, methods of use and tolerability profiles. For each therapeutic class the main news from the scientific literature will be briefly presented.
Assessment methods
The assessment of the knowledge acquired by the student will be in oral form by the formulation of 2 questions relating to all topics covered in class.
