Learning outcomes
At the end of the TPV programme the student is able to independently apply the knowledge acquired during the training activities of the degree course, in particular - choose suitable tools for assessment and evaluation activities; - choose suitable tools for interventions in the school and community; - prepare and interventions in the school and community - prepare reports to be returned to principals, school, institution and service users who are the recipients of its activities
Course contents
The contents of this internship are as follows: participation in action research and participatory action research activities in school and community settings.
The activities involve context analysis, design and evaluation of intervention research projects, reporting of results in written and oral form to a variety of actors (participants, stakeholders, funders).
Activities are linked to intervention research projects aimed at countering youth exclusion from participatory processes with an intersectional approach and promoting individual and community empowerment.

The professional tools that the trainee will acquire are as follows: individual and group interviewing techniques and methods for encouraging active participation (participatory planning), quantitative and qualitative research tools for project evaluation, return of results in written and oral form to a variety of actors (participants, stakeholders, funders)

Teaching methods
Modalities used to achieve competencies include: participation in discussions with the tutor and/or in teams, involvement in research team activities, group activities with other trainees (data collection, processing, intervention design) carried out in progressive autonomy with deferred supervision by the tutor.

Assessment methods
The tutor will assess the skills acquired by the trainee in itinere and at the conclusion of the internship using a procedure prepared by the Department of Psychology that will result in a eligibility assessment valid for access to the Practical Assessment Test.
