Course contents
The course provides an introduction to the history of science and technology and aims at reconstructing the main material, intellectual and institutional factors of the development of science since Renaissance Europe. In the second part of the course will be devoted to a classic in science (Descartes, Discourse on method). The students of ARCO(Antropologia, Religioni, Civiltà Orientali) are expected to attend only the first part of the course. BEGINNING OF THE COURSE SEPTEMBER 25, aula III, via Zamboni 38, 13-15
