Learning outcomes
At the end of the course student will know the main tools for the analysis of the economic and financial performances of a firm, the basic principles for the investments’ decision and the key elements for a strategic planning and control.

The teaching course is constituted by oral lessons, exercises without laboratories and (it coud be) seminars.
The teaching course is divided in 2 modules.
Each module comprehends 3 teaching units; the third of these units (12 hours per each module) is dedicated to exercises (and seminars) about the issues developed in the other 2 teaching units. These 2 units (18 hours per each module) are oral lessons.
Seminars about interesting themes developed during the course could take place in the third teaching unit of each module.
Assessment methods
Oral examination (about 20-30 minutes), occasionally with exercises.
The course comprehends two module: final score will be an average of the results obtained in each examination.
Students can take the final exam in English. I will suggest you an appropriate textbook as soon as possible.
