Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, students will be able to face the Law and Economics methods and aprroaches. In particular, students will be able to: a) analyse and value the relationships between the law system and economic behaviors; b) apply the L & E method to the study of public intervention in the economic system, in both italian and european system; c) analyse case studies.

Course contents

The course aims to analyse the relationships between the law system and economic behaviors, the relationships between State and markets, in a european perspective.

In particular, the course aims to analyse:

 - Small and medium entrprise sector (administrative constraints, small businell act, investment act, ecc.)

 - Competition Law

 - Public services

 - Financial markets

 - Public finance
