Learning outcomes

Knowledge of the morphological changes that occur in the liver parenchyma in the course of inflammatory disease. To identify the morphological features that allow an adequate differential diagnosis in the different etiologies (viral, autoimmune, metabolic, toxic, etc.) . The purpose of this course is to promote a strict collaboration among the different clinicians.

Course contents

Slide seminars of histological sections of liver biopsies from patients with chronic inflammatory diseases of different etiology. Identification of elementary histological lesions of the liver. Pathological and clinical correlations.
