683-691 - 477), substantially corrispondent at the recommended text
for attending students.

strongly recommended to study in depth the advised textbook and the
Laws and Regulations herein mentioned.
Assessment methods
At the end of the Course the students are expected to undertake an
oral exam.
Students attending the Course may choose topics that the textbook
does not deal with but that were extensively examined during the
lessons.
Examination lists are only availabile trough the AlmaEsami
system.
Teaching tools
Besides the study of the textbook, an analysis of the relevant
normative sources – easily available over the Internet – is
required. In particular, an extensive reading of an updated version
of the Italian Antitrust Act – normally available over the Internet
or in most editions of theItalian Civil Code with
Complementary Laws – and EC Regulations 1/2003 and 139 /2004 is
necessary. Students attending the lessons will benefit from slides
and other teaching materials that will be distributed in
classroom.
