Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student knows the rules of the employment relationship, the organization of the labor market, the profiles related to the protection, the regulation of atypical work contracts.
Course contents
The notion of Labour Law. The Sources. Employment at company level. Normative prototype and non-standard contracts.The stipulation and administration of employment relationship. Termination of Employment. Guarantee of employee's rights. Organization of the labor market and protection of the occupation.
