Learning outcomes

The course aims to give to the student the basics on theory, experimentals, and instrumentation of the most applied analitycal methodologies.

Course contents

Basic theory, methodologies and instrumentation of the analytical separation techniques: gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, electrophoresis, field-flow fractionation, and of the spectroscopic techniques: infrared, UV-Vis and atomic spectroscopy (emission and absorption).
