Learning outcomes

At the end of the training activity, the student has acquired further knowledge on the world of work either by attending external companies and / or organizations or by participating in conferences, seminars or laboratory activities.

Course contents

Types of allowed activities:

1. Organization of single seminars, debates, series of conferences. [Hours acknowledged = (hours of organized conferences  x 3) / (No. of organisers)]

2. Participation in single seminars or conference cycles. [Hours acknowledged = certified hours]

3. Refresher courses for teachers available on the SOFIA platform [Hours acknowledged = certified hours]

4. Participation in science festivals and scientific events. [Hours acknowledged: 2.5 for each half day of conference with certificate of participation]

5. Volunteering in informal associations/contexts [Hours acknowledged: to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and to be submitted well before the starting of the activity]

6. Project working phase of the internship before the official starting date of the internship itself. [Hours acknowledged = hours certified by the supervisor/tutor]

7. Seminar activity within the course of study planned with the course teacher. [Hours acknowledged = 2.5 x 1 hour of teaching activity]
