Course contents

The course is divided into three short modules:

  1. The first module deals with the concept of citizenship and its evolution connected to the transformation of welfare;
  2. The second module is dedicated to the concept of territory both in terms of its definition (what do we mean with the term territory?) and in operational terms (how can we give value to the economic, social and cultural role of the territory in social and welfare measures and activities?)
  3. The third module focuses on the concept of personalization and co-production, the fundamental principles for redefining inclusive and capable welfare services.
