Elena Macchioni

Since October 2022 she has been Associate Professor in Sociology of Cultural Processes at the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the Alma Mater 'University of Bologna.

She conducts her research in the field of Sociology and Cultural and Communicative Processes. In particular, she is engaged in two areas of investigation

- the study of socio-cultural changes related to the emergence of the identities and needs of new generations and genders;

- the study of the impacts produced by corporate welfare measures on the personal, professional and family quality of life of workers.
