Here you can find the procedures for businesses to establish agreements with the University and the list of existing agreements available to staff and students.

For businesses

The University is increasingly attentive to the needs of students, collaborators, and staff. For this reason, we seek companies interested in offering goods and services to our staff under special conditions.

Benefits for you
- You will be able to promote your offers to university staff, partners and visiting staff.
- Participating is free. The only requirement is to offer special fares.
How does it work?

Carefully review the notice and consult the agreement template. Use the attached forms to submit your proposal.

For staff

Agreements for staff, external partners and primarily for visiting professors and scholars hosted by the University.

Hotel Accademia s.r.l.

The Hotel counts 28 rooms, located on the first and second floor at via delle Belle Arti, 6 Bologna. As it is in a historic building, there is no lift.

Internal parking space, available for booking at the price of € 25 per night.

Non-binding agreement signed by the Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR).

Who can participate?

Teaching, research and professional staff, research fellows, foreign language instructors and teaching tutors

Discounted rates valid until 1 September 2026
- 15% discount on published accommodation rates
- 10% discount on wellness treatments listed in the price list

Please note that restrictions apply regarding the validity periods of each package (e.g. some packages cannot be purchased during public holidays or long weekends) and minimum stay requirements apply for specific dates (mid-August, New Year’s Eve and Easter).

Agreements for university staff, external collaborators, including visiting professors and visiting scholars of the University

Sanitaria Bononia s.r.l.

The agreement provides:
- 20% discount on the list price for all products purchased in-store (excluding preventive and therapeutic stockings for men and women and Bauerfeind products);
- 20% discount on rental services;
- free home delivery within the Municipality of Bologna for purchases of at least €90.
The stores are located in Bologna at Via D’Azeglio 66/A, Via Andrea Costa 76/2, and Via Augusto Murri 22/D.

You need to show your institutional badge at the time of purchase to benefit from the discount.
