The library is specialized in anthropology, archaeology, architecture, art, building engineering, conservation and restoration science, history, law, library and information science, literature and language studies, medicine, music, oriental studies.

About the library

The library set up the present shape between 2013 and 2014, when it became the Central Library of Ravenna Campus. See the history of the Library (in ita).

The library collection has approximately 100.000 books and 827 periodical titles in ACNP (the Journals Catalogue). Books under the identification label BIBLIO, REFERENCE and CODICI are on open shelves arranged by subject matter and Dewey Decimal Classification. Volumes with any other reference can be required at the lending desk or through the online catalogue.

The library is provided with 70 seats equipped with plugs and lights.

Staff

The library is run by 9 librarians helped by part-time students and a civilian volunteer. The library manager is Chiara Semenzato.
