How to get a refund

If a print job has been sent but not completed due to a printer malfunction, you can request a refund of the credits deducted.
The request must be submitted no later than the day after the failed printing attempt by completing the form.

How to check your printing credits

You can check your printing credits at the following URL: https://printcheck.campusfc.unibo.it/

The credit check service is accessible only from Campus computers and from the ALMAWIFI network (the first step is in italian only).

After selecting the appropriate service (Campus credits or Study Rooms credits), you will need to enter your username and password.

You can now check your credits and obtain predefined reports by clicking on User Dashboard.

Available credits are displayed under Total Balance.

In the Reports section, you can view a set of predefined summaries.
