f you need to contact the Student Administration Offices, you can:
- get in touch via the virtual help desk and:
- submit a request using the “Contact us” form;
- schedule an appointment for a video call on available days and times (see Contacts below);
- join a video call directly during available hours (see Contacts below).
- write an e-mail.
A help desk is open exclusively to submit documents regarding degree-related activities or collect signed original certificates requiring legalization. To book an appointment, please contact your Student Administration Office.
Certificates, whether or not requiring duty stamps, may be downloaded via Studenti Online. If a duty stamp is required, please download the document and apply the duty stamp. Downloaded certificates are fully valid.
The Student Administration Office manages all administrative procedures related to the students' career including enrolment to first, second and single-cycle degrees, transfers, issue of certificates and duplicates, tuition fees check, final examination application and release of the degree certificate.
