Learning outcomes

At the end of the workshop the student knows:

- the business dynamics that can have an influence on the HR selection (skills sought, how to move in a professional context,  decision-making centers, different business styles);

- the logic, contents and methods to write different CVs and cover letters;

- how to build a network of relationships on professional social networks (LinkedIn) and how to trigger his/hero own Personal Branding;

- what is an active research, how to improve his/her skills to make him/her attractive, but also knows how to how off skills in a professional way;

- the relational skills that allow him/her to face a job interview, individual or group.

Course contents

SOFT SKILLS: what is the job market looking for? how can i acquire these skills?

COMPANY CLASSIFICATION: what are the centers of power? what are the processes?

CREATING THE CV AND LETTER COVER: what must be written, what should be avoided in order to communicate effectively

PERSONAL BRANDING: using LinkedIn to promote yourself

THE INTERVIEW: BODY LANGUAGE and PUBLIC SPEAKING skills to positively manage an interview

Assessment methods

Each candidate must present 3 CVs and corresponding 3 DIFFERENT Cover Letters and undergo a short interview, which will simulate a real job interview.
