Learning outcomes
At the end of the workshop the student:
- applies the techniques learned within projects organized by cultural organizations; - knows how to place the knowledge learned within cultural organizations; - knows how to evaluate the limits and strengths of the technical tools learned; - transfers the technologies learned in different contexts by making own personal contribution.
Course contents
The workshop aims to provide theoretical and practical skills to design in cultural organizations (museums, cultural associations, social cooperatives...) sustainable educational pathways aimed at different users.
In this regard, the following topics will be explored:
- audiences of culture and lifelong learning (real audience, potential audience, excluded audience);
- educate about heritage in the contexts of culture in real spaces (the city, the neighborhood ....) and in digital spaces (digital platforms, social networks, apps);
- intervention models for the involvement and active participation of the audience in the cultural sector (national and international best practices);
-didactic strategies and tools for the mediation of heritage in an inclusive perspective.
- design educational paths aimed at different users (spaces, times, relationships, tools and strategies).

Assessment methods
