The course starts with an introduction on the EU legal order and the relationship between EU law and domestic law. Then, an overview of the evolution of the internal market and the EU competition policy will be provided. The core of the program is represented by the analysis of the four fundamental market freedoms: free movement of goods, persons, services and capital.
