Course contents

The workshop aims to introduce students to the concepf of corporate social responsibility, with particular reference to its internal dimension: the corporate welfare.

During the first part of the workshop, the theme of corporate social responsibility will be addressed (definitions, areas of intervention, tools) with reference to the national and international scientific debate.

In the second part, cultures and practices related to corporate welfare experiences of organizations from different sectors, sizes and territories will be analyzed.
