Learning outcomes
The Course aims at investigating topics related to Labour Law. The student, at the end of the course, will be able to understand the main legal protection guaranteed to the employment (looking at the constitution, performance and termination of the contract); rules and reasons that define the action of the Italian industrial relations system. The Course will help the student in orienting himself/herself in the referring laws, granting an adequate and technical legal language.

Teaching methods
The Course is organized in 20 lesson. The material used in class (slides, readings, etc.) will be available in advance.
Assessment methods
The exam consists of an oral examination designed to assess the knowledge acquired by the student and his ability to critical reconstruction of the matter also through the use of an appropriate legal language.
