Teaching methods
The lecturer will provide a critical analysis of the main rules concerning Business Law, with the help of teaching tools published on https://iol.unibo.it/course/view.php?id=23862.
Assessment methods
The students could sit for the exam onlyafter passed Privat Law and Public Law. The oral exam of Business Law aims to verify the achievmentof learning outcomes and will by passed by discussing three to four subjects from the syllabus.
