Academic Year 2021/2022
Course contents
During the term, students will be invited to present their subject of research and an essay of approx. 10 pages of their future dissertation. The essay will be discussed and corrected during the seminary. The laboratory is compulsory for the students who want to present their dissertation within the course « Institutional history of the Italian Republic ».
Readings/Bibliography
The course does not have a bibliography, but students are encouraged to read the classical text of Umberto Eco, Come si fa una tesi di laurea, republished in 2017 (La Nave di Teseo).
Teaching methods
The course will be given in-person on Wednesday from 9am to 11am (starting on September 22th 2021) in Room C, San Petronio Vecchio. In case of pandemic resurgency, it will be held online on Teams.
Assessment methods
There will be no exams in this course.
