Teaching methods

The course is divided into moments of interactive teaching and participatory laboratory activities.

The lectures are integrated by practical exercises that provide graphic elaborations of interpretative synthesis of the topics covered; seminars held by experts are planned.

The workshop activity, which will be carried out in small working groups, deals with the drafting of an urban redevelopment / regeneration project. There will be 2 seminars for each group in which the analysis and design work carried out will be exposed and discussed.

Assessment methods

The method of final assessment of learning consists of 2 distinct assessments of equal weight:

  • Group evaluation relating to the 2 seminars of exhibition / discussion of the work carried out at the end of the analysis and design phases of the thematic area covered by the workshop activity.
  • Individual evaluation of the application exercises carried out during the course, organized in the form of a "collection of slides", and of the oral exam concerning the topics covered.
