Assessment methods
Two steps:
- recognition test
- multiple choice quiz
The recognition test is propedeutic to access the final exam (multiple choice quiz).
- Recognition test: students have to identify at least 6 species out of 7 different pictures of plants and seeds. You have to pass the recognition test only one time. Once you have passed it, you don’t need to repeat it even in the case you don’t pass the multiple choice quiz.
- Multiple choice quiz: 25 questions within 30 min. Single question score is 1,32. Wrong answers (5 multiple choices) bears a penality of 0.66. For example, 20 corrected and 5 wrong answers generate a grade of 23, whereas 20 corrected and 5 questions without answers will get 26.
Students may reject the grade by sending an email to a.monti@unibo.it within 3 days from the publication of results. Don’t send emails to confirm your grade.
Only the students signed up at ‘Almaesami’ are allowed to access the test and quiz.
