Andrea Monti

The main research field is industrial non-food crops (biomass, biofuels, biorefineries). He was general coordinator of EERA Bioenergy (European Energy Research Alliance) in the four-year period 2018-22 (with about 50 European universities and public research bodies). Currently general coordinator of two HORIZON-EU projects (CARINA and 4CE-MED) and of the national project ARGENTO. He is scientific responsible for UNIBO in six HORIZON-EU projects (EDAPHOS, CAPBIO4BG, GOLD, MICROBIOMESOY, MIDAS, UNTWIST); responsible of research contracts by private Entities (Eni and NESTE oil). Member of the Steering Committee of ETIP Bioenergy, IWG-8 Renewable Energies (Set-Plan EU), and the EERA Policy Group. ETS of two National projects. Author of about 150 scopus articles (H-index 37).
