Learning outcomes
At the end of the module the student knows the main models of nursing care delivery in different care settings. It identifies the main competences of the other components of the team and places them in relation with their own. It identifies the organizational principles of continuity of care, roles and the system of responsibilities using the specific approach of clinical governance.
Course contents
The hospital and territorial health organization - The structure of the Ausl Romagna: the Nursing / Technical Department; · - Overview of accreditation / certification; - organizational assistance models: functional and professional, such as: case management, CCM, primary nursing, model for intensity / complexity of care; - Intermediate care, Healthcare, Primary care units; - Social and health integration; - The components of the organizational models of nursing care: roles and functions, tools for integration, methods and tools for measuring the intensity and complexity of care; - Main aspects of the CCNL in light of the new regulatory aspects;
